1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ClearInvoice platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClearInvoice is a software-as-a-service platform that provides businesses with tools to generate GST-compliant invoices, track expenses, calculate input tax credit (ITC), and collect payments online via third-party integrations (e.g. Razorpay).
3. Accounts and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or Biometric Passkey credentials that you use to access the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Razorpay for payments and Google Drive for document storage). Your use of these integrations is governed by the respective terms of service of those third parties. ClearInvoice assumes no responsibility for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party platforms.
5. Disclaimer
The Service and its components (including GST calculation algorithms) are provided "as is". While we strive for absolute accuracy, ClearInvoice does not constitute professional tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your final tax filings and compliance with local tax authorities.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
